Rattlesnake Triathalon Trainings At Seasons

Seasons has created an amazing four week training program that will help you to successfully prepare for the Rattlesnake Triathalon in August 2008. This years training schedule will include: Spinning, Running, Swimming, Hiking, and Circuit Training.
Rattlesnake Sprint Triathlon is Sunday August 17th, 2008 500m Swim, 12 mile bike, 5k run.

Seasons Tri Training Schedule: July 14th - August 14th
*You will need a road bike to participate in the ride up Lookout Mountain

Mondays
6 P.M. - Ride Lookout Mountain

Tuesdays
6 A.M. - Swim

Wednesdays
6:30 A.M - Spin Run

Thursdays
6 A.M. Swim
6 P.M. Hike/Trail Run (Matthews/Winters)
