Spin Yoga at Seasons

Spin is an indoor and stationary group cycling program. It will not place stress on your body's joints and it's not competitive, so students of various fitness levels can enjoy this workout together. You determine the intensity of the workout, which ensures a non-competitive class atmosphere. Please show up for class 10-15 mintues early to allow time for proper bike set-up. Bring tennis/athletic shoes, towel and water to each class.

How many calories does a spin class burn?
Research has shown that just one 40 minute spin class can burn over 500 calories.  This number will vary depending on intensity.

Spin-Yoga Fusion Classes
What makes Seasons Mind and Body Fitness different from every other fitness and yoga studio? It's our Spin-Yoga fusion classes. We are the first Spin - Yoga studio in Denver, Colorado.

Spin-Yoga is a Mind and Body workout that will help you to obtain complete fitness. These classes begin with a 30 minute ride, consisting of climbs, runs. Each yoga class will focus recentering your body and bringing peace and calmness to your mind. Spin-Yoga allows the average person, who only has one hour to exercise a day to get a condensed, balanced, and intense workout.

Each student who participates in one of our fusion classes will experience a workout that strengthens and sculpts the body, allows your mind and body to feel relaxed, and gets your heart pumping! Spin-Yoga is a way for you combine every component of fitness into one class.  You will develop muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility and a lower body composition.  Being fit is not defined only by what activity you do, how long you do it, or at what level of intensity. While these are important measures of fitness, they only address single areas. To have overall fitness your workout routine needs to encompass all of the fitness components; variation, duration, and intensity.  Fusion yoga will give every student an enhanced level of fitness.  

Our goal is to enable students to continue their workout regime without boredom and plateaus.  This gives the student an opportunity to encompasses all components of fitness in one class and in one place.
