Private Yoga Instruction

There are times for a student to consider private yoga instruction.  Such times include when a student:

• Is a beginner
• Has a previous injury or recovering from an illness
• Is experiencing a plateau in their practice
• Is pregnant and needs to learn modifications

Individual or Group Sessions are available at Seasons Mind and Body Fitness, your home, or office.
