Seasons Intensive BootCamp

Seasons Boot Camps are designed to improve your overall health; will increase your metabolism, promote weight loss, tone and sculpt your body, and increase your energy. Boot Camp - Yoga is 30 minutes of intense strength training followed by 30 minutes of restorative yoga. This class combines weights, cardio, and yoga.
