Have You Ever Wanted to Run In The Bolder Boulder 10K?

If so this program is for you! No matter what your fitness level is, this training will prepare you for the run in the Bolder Boulder 08! We had so much fun last year, twenty - eight of us trained and ran the race together. We came together at all fitness levels. Some of us had been running for years and others of us had never run before. Whatever your goals, this Bolder Boulder training will help you to reach them. Bolder Boulder Training Sessions Begin on 4/29/2008 and End on 5/22/2008
Spin/Run:
a one hour class that combines spin and running.
Yoga for Runners: a yoga flow that will help to recover or reduce your risk of injury.
BootCamp: Circuit Training to give you the anaerobic workout that is designed to increase your overall aerobic capacity.
